The Laboratory for Radar
Systems and Remote Sensing is part of the School of Electrical & Computer
Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens. It has great and
valuable experience in the areas of radar systems, remote sensing and generally
in the area of radio and satellite communications. ISAR studies, radio-coverage
modeling, studies for wireless Telecommunications systems and electromagnetic
measurements, are some of the Lab activities.
Current research
activities are in the fields of:

Studies for ISAR,
InSAR

Studies for 2D and
3D radiocoverage modeling in cellular wireless systems,

Studies for
high-frequency electromagnetic techniques (SPM
application on radio propagation scenarios, near-field methods etc),

Development and
design of Wi-Fi networks and satellite network interpretations
via DVB-RCS units,

Integrated EM
measurements.
